In this program, I’ll be sharing some potent yoga and kundalini practices to support you in experiencing your own divine feminine energy. As the program progresses you will start to notice an increase in your own awareness and your ability to direct your energy and your thoughts to higher realms of possibility. In addition to practicing new kriyas and meditations, we will meet weekly to talk about certain universal truths that will root you firmly in the power seat of your life.

This week, our focus is on honoring your female body as a living, sacred, intelligent animal. The body holds memory and wisdom that we access through feeling and sensation. We’ll practice making the body a safe home for you.

Each one of us has a unique purpose buried within our hearts. In yoga, this is called our dharma or our sacred calling. This week, we’ll dive into the subtle body and attune to the energy inside us. We’ll practice deep listening so you can hear the guidance of your soul gently supporting you finding your right path.

This week is all about the True Voice. This is the sound and the soundless part of you that is infinitely powerful and creative. Many of us have had some trauma around our voices. Those times when we felt shut down, unable to fully express ourselves or criticized for our voices/words/sound, This week you’ll tune into limiting or negative thoughts you have believed about your voice and reframe them to find the power and richness of your True Voice.

This week our focus is on support. In order to generate the things you want in your life, you've got to have support. There are two types of support we'll consider in this equation: inner support and external support. Establishing rituals and best practices to solidify our inner support is vital in these times.

As emotional creatures, sometimes it's difficult to make supportive choices for ourselves when others are putting pressure on us to do something they want us to do.
This week, you’ll get clear on 3-5 values that you can hold in your heart and mind will help you to always know which is the right choice for you.
Going back to these values daily and developing a deep relationship with them can give you clearer access to your inner guidance and prevent you from going down a rabbit hole of over-thinking. Talk about a divine feminine time saver!

Your life naturally follows a cycle of growth and contraction. The work you've been doing in this program is expansive on many levels. As we wind down our group work, you will want to be sure you're carving out sacred time for rest, replenishment and integration, so that you can lock in this new, more expansive way of being.

How it works
We will meet weekly for one hour of LIVE coaching, conversation and community --
LIVE coaching sessions on (date TBD)
Weekly yoga and meditation practices for building heart and mind coherence and strengthening your nervous system’s capacity to handle stress.
You will be connected with the community of other women in the group for support and accountability.
You're encouraged to attend all sessions, with that said, all content will be recorded and emailed to you if you cannot make it.
